These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website techtapehookandloop.com (“the Website”) and all sales of products (“Products”) made through it. 2. Products
The Products offered on the Website are industrial-grade Hook and Loop Tapes designed for fiber optic and IT infrastructure management. All descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders can be placed online via the Website. All payments must be made in EUR via SWIFT bank transfer or major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard).

Orders are confirmed only after payment is received. HyperScale Depot Sweden AB reserves the right to cancel any order in case of non-payment or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Prices and Taxes
All prices are stated in EUR and exclude VAT, unless otherwise indicated. VAT is applied according to EU tax regulations at checkout. Shipping within Europe (including the United Kingdom and Ireland) is free of charge.
5. Delivery
Products are shipped from Sweden and delivered throughout Europe, including the United Kingdom and Ireland. Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days. Delivery delays due to customs, transport strikes, or other events beyond our control do not entitle the Buyer to compensation.
6. Returns and Replacements
Buyers have the right to return products within 14 days of delivery. Returned goods must be in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as received. The Buyer must contact info@techtapehookandloop.com before initiating a return. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless the item is defective. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, the product will be replaced at no additional cost.
7. Warranty
All products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from delivery. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, modification, or normal wear and tear.
8. Limitation of Liability
HyperScale Depot Sweden AB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Products. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the Products purchased.
9. Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or governmental actions.
10. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, product names, images, and content on this Website are the property of HyperScale Depot Sweden AB and may not be reproduced or used without written consent.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
